Special breathable bags
- DOLE Packaged Salads bags are made with a special material that lets oxygen in but lets carbon dioxide out
- This material can be adapted to produce a range of bags with different Oxygen Transmission Rates (OTRs)
- Each of our salad mixes has a unique bag with the required OTR to keep it fresher for longer
