Also called roquette or rocket salad. It is a low-growing herb with green, notched and oblong leaves and a spicy garlic-mustard taste.

Storing

Keep it in your refrigerator in the original bag – it’s specially made with a film that keeps the salad fresh. Read the “Best before” date on the pack to see how long you can store it. When you have leftovers, make sure the bag is tightly closed.

Eating ideas

DOLE Ruccola is a spicy and tasty salad. Perfect as it is or together with other salads. Toss ruccola with Parma, sliced mushrooms and roasted pine nuts. Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make a delicious salad.
